jilkk shall not be liable for losses arising from: (a) circumstances beyond jilkk's reasonable control including acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, or internet outages; (b) the player's own violation of these Terms; (c) decisions made by the player based on information obtained through the platform; or (d) technical faults caused by third-party service providers, payment processors, or game suppliers.

jilkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where jilkk has reason to believe that a player has: (a) violated any provision of these Terms; (b) engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; (c) provided false information; (d) created multiple accounts; or (e) been identified as posing an unacceptable compliance or reputational risk.

Upon account suspension, jilkk will retain the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, jilkk may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. Where no violation is found, the account balance (less any pending bonus credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their jilkk account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided KYC is complete.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. PAGCOR's regulatory authority over jilkk's operations is expressly acknowledged.

Material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file.

Your continued use of jilkk after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
